One month's notice or one month's fee in lieu of notice is necessary in case parent wants to withdraw his/her ward from the school. All the annual charges are to be deposited in the month of April.
The transfer certificate will be issued after one week only after all the fees and other dues of the school are paid and verified.

The following categories of pupils may be required to be withdrawn from the school(not necessarily) notifying the cause to the parents
a) Those who fail to show satisfactory progress and are unwilling or unable to profit from the educational programmes of the school.
b) Those whose fee arrears are over due.
c) Those whose behaviour, in the opinion of the principal and disciplinary committee is harmful in the interests of academic environment of the school.
d) If anyone does not want his/her ward to continue in the nest session commencing from April, he/she has to give prioir notice in the month of March otherwise all the Annual charges/monthly fee will be charged in the month of April.
